How energizing, and a little bittersweet, to see the 4th annual Lake Nona Impact Forum come to a close as it marked the last one that I was involved with planning.  It's been an honor to be part of creating something meaningful, establishing so many valued friendships along the way.  

The journey to the first Lake Nona Impact Forum in 2012 followed a circuitous path, but a creative team of dreamers developed a unique framework that established the platform for an event that is having real impact on health innovation while building visibility for what's happening at Lake Nona and its Medical City.

Reflecting on a professional career filled with valuable experiences in all kinds of organizations, my greatest realization is that it's the people you work with who make all the difference.
